1.  Click on My Account button

2.  Create a username and password

3.  Log in on same page in upper right corner with new username and password

4.  Click on “Online Store” tab

5.  Click on “GiftCards/Credit” tab

6.  Select “Account Payment” from Drop down box

7.  Enter the amount where it asks “Gift Card Amount”

8.  Click on “make purchase” and follow directions through the shopping cart function.
